Mali Sagai allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data.

After you submit the request, the app will show a confirmation message that your account deletion request has been received.

After an account deletion request is submitted:

Your profile is hidden immediately. Permanent deletion processing starts after a 30-day grace period; this is not a promise that every retained record is erased by day 30. Contact support if a request is overdue.

This window allows us to process deletion requests, prevent accidental or fraudulent deletion, support security checks, and comply with applicable legal or operational requirements. Signing back into the app through OTP during the grace period cancels a pending request. Contact us if you need help.

Restricted recovery snapshots are retained for 30 days after deletion and then scheduled for removal. Deletion records and receipts can include your name and phone number. Report summaries, payment records and Match & Wed consent/security/tombstone records may remain for the purposes above. The integration retention schedule is under review before public release.

Disconnecting an assistant revokes future access; it does not delete your account, undo past actions or erase ChatGPT history. Account deletion is a separate request. Do not send OTPs, passwords or identity documents to support.
